Joining Agilentas an LCMS Pre-Sales Application Scientist will afford you the opportunity to apply your expertisein delivering tailored solutions for our customersby driving innovations in Mass Spectrometry. In this role, you will collaborate with a distributed team, crafting futureanalytical workflows while engaging with clients, showcasing Agilent's products and services.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the sales organization in understanding customer needs and securing qualified opportunities for demonstratingAgilent workflow solutions.

Consult with clients, developing their confidence in utilizing the Agilent LCMS portfolio.

Preparing and deliveringpresentationsfor customers.

Develop customer centric methodologies and workflows at Agilent's Centers of Excellence or customer labs.

Collaborate globally, influencing product development and providing technical expertise in virtual and in-person environments.

This position requires the successful candidate to live within a reasonable distance from one of our four (4) Centers of Excellence as you are expected to routinely be in the office when not travelling. (Wood Dale, IL, Wilmington, DE, Santa Clara, IL, and Lexington, MA)

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.

4+ years of relevant experience, including mass spectrometry, preferably in Pharma/BioPharma.

Strong problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and project management abilities.

Flexibility for up to 35% business travel.

The US pay range for this full-time position is $128,550.00 - $252,815.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
