Job Description

-Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel and scheduling for

business activity/transaction between U.S and China.

-Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem

solving efforts.

-Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.

 

Requirement: 

 

High School Degree 

Exp: 24 months Administrative Service Managers and Office Manager related role.

Language: Fluent in Chinese Language (Mandarin)
