Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Trade Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line trade support and issue resolution for our trading and sales teams. Your thorough understanding of trading processes, securities products, and financial markets will enable you to adequately resolve trade discrepancies and ensure accurate trade flow. This position is on a hybrid schedule and on a contract-to-permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with the trading and sales teams to solve any trade-related queries and discrepancies in real-time.
+ Assist with trade discrepancies, reconciliations, and settlements.
+ Liaise with other teams such as technology, finance and middle office on trade discrepancies and improvements in operational processes.
+ Provide support in trade capture, trade booking, trade allocation, and trade confirmations.
+ Monitor trade flow, ensure all issues are logged, and coordinate for timely resolution.
+ Understand and maintain compliance with trading regulations, and work alongside compliance teams to ensure best practices are being followed.
+ Develop and generate trade-related reports for trade surveillance and control purposes.
+ Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
Requirements+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a Trade Support Analyst or similar role in a financial setting.
+ Strong understanding of financial markets and securities products.
+ Proficient in trading systems and software.
+ Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external brokers.
+ Solid analytical skills and the ability to use complex data.
+ Knowledge of trading regulations and the ability to maintain compliance and operational controls.
+ Experience with trade booking and allocation processes.
