Manager, Process Manager (Hybrid)

Capital One currently offers approximately 1300 branded ATMs and 200 Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) within its national banking footprint with plans to continuously modernize the branch hardware fleet. As Capital One transforms its physical presence across branch, collective and cafe markets, ATM, TCR and other branch cash hardware will continue to play a large role in meeting customer and associate transaction needs.

Within the ATM & Cash organization, the Change Solutions team is hiring a Manager to support hardware strategy and inventory management initiatives. We are seeking a process professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment. The key to success in this role is the ability to understand how processes work through process mapping, mitigating business risks, ensuring the right controls are in place, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your impact and energy will deliver value for associates, customers, and third party vendors as your efforts go towards maintaining a high performing branch hardware fleet. Furthermore, you will help advance awareness of Change Solution's work and impact by contributing to visual content through a variety of channels.

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall strategy of initiating new cash transaction hardware projects and process improvements through data analysis and strategic planning

Monitor cash transaction hardware inventory and collaborate with value chain partners (such as finance, construction, and operations) to evaluate assets and make recommendations for improvements

Lead hardware certification decisions and implementation projects to ensure most up to date hardware is implemented in Branches, Cafes and Collectives

Collaborate with teammates on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives that create better experiences for our customers

Assist with cash transaction hardware demand forecasting and strategy by staying in constant communication with leadership and gathering information as business needs evolve

Communicate updates with internal customers on new and existing processes

Acquire knowledge of operational procedures and ensure audit documentation is relevant and updated

Location: West Creek 5 (Richmond, VA), Center 2 (McLean, VA), or 802 Delaware Ave (Wilmington, DE) - this role is Hybrid, where you will be expected spend about half of your working time in office and half working virtually

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or military experience

At least 3 years of experience in business process management

At least 3 years of experience in project management

At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

At least 1 year of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a combination

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in business process management

At least 5 years of experience in project management

At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a combination

Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management Certification
