Senior Associate ECOS Project Manager - Hybrid

As a Project Manager on the Engineering, Cafe Operations and Safety Team (ECOS), you can achieve results you never thought possible by supporting strategic projects and critical business functions. The Cafe Engineering Team is committed to supporting a high performing, scalable and well managed operation within the Branch and Cafe ecosystem. General Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager on the Cafe Engineering team, you will:

Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.

Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)

Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan system improvements/automation or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups such as the Risk office, RPMO, GWS and management; make final recommendations for approval on changes.

Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.

Manage programs and portfolios for change initiatives that have been prioritized by the organization.

Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as needed.

Plan, design, and manage project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.

Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.

Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.

Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

Location:This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend about half of your working time in the office and half working virtually. Locations include: West Creek 5 (Richmond, VA) or Center 2 (McLean, VA) or 802 Delaware Avenue (Wilmington, DE)
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of Agile experience

At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, Product Management or Business Analyst
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

At least 3 years of Agile experience

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, Product Management or Business Analyst

PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
