We are recruiting for aFull -timeCustomer Service Specialist in Operator Services to answer incoming telephone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Greeting visitors upon their arrival.

Evening 3:00pm - 11:30pm EOW Holidays as assignedPrincipal duties and responsibilities:
Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls and routes calls appropriately.
Call or message physicians and call hospital codes
Provide quality information via-telephone and/or in person regarding hospital service & programs.
Confidentiality is a must.
Essential personnel in disaster situations.
Use of Vocera for code and text notifications
Provide call volume reports to departments upon request for things such as stroke alerts, sepsis alerts, etc.
Proven knowledge of professional email standards, grammar and spelling.Education and experience requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Two years customer service experience, call center experience preferredAbout ChristianaCare
