Your Role: Â This position will lead and participate in the day-to-day cleaning of the warehouse, train, monitor, evaluate, and communicate work expectations to assigned personnel and participate in workgroups.
Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use sound cleaning processes
Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of tools and supplies needed for their job
Monitor and document assigned personnel and work activity
Communicate clear work expectations and results achieved to assigned personnel
Direct and participate in the daily cleaning of the warehouse and areas outside the building
Role Specifics:
Schedule: Monday - Friday - Day
Indoor/Outdoor environments and will be working in all temperatures and weather conditions
Extensive standing and walking
Maintaining audit paperwork for work accomplished during the shift
Respond to, and document all pest control activity
May require additional hours before and/or after shift or on weekends to fulfil job duties
Will occasionally provide feedback to Sanitation Supervisor on performance of assigned personnel
We Need You to Have:
High School diploma or GED
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English Language
Strong communication and organizational skills
A dedication to eliminating waste in all areas of the position

Experience training on equipment in safe and proper manners
Prior leadership experience
Strong written and verbal skills
