The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for leading, managing and collaborating with assigned customers to merchandise the value of Solenis, create customer loyalty, and deliver the revenue and profit growth plan. The CAM is responsible for the leadership and strategy development of assigned accounts while effectively communicating throughout the Solenis organization. The role will interface at both the internal and external executive levels to ensure an ongoing customer relationship is maintained while maximizing the Solenis offering. This role will be particularly focused on operational excellence (Op Ex) which ensures that existing corporate customers' operations are being optimized with the help of Solenis solutions. The focus will be on 3 specific corporate accounts and will cover sites in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute an account growth strategy aligned with global marketing through efficient utilization of company resources
Lead value-added sales strategies directed at large, multi-location corporate account targets in assigned markets and geography
Achieve revenue and gross profit business goals for defined strategic accounts
Manage and optimize account profitability through mix initiatives, pricing implementation and a constant focus on account P&L analysis. Sell new high-value programs to increase margins - Successfully renew all major contracts and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters locations
Maintain a viable sales pipeline that has key sales targets and opportunities in various stages of the sale Qualifications:
BA/BS 4-year degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science or related field or comparable experience
5+ years technical sales; 2-5 years Sr. level customer interface
Paper Industry operational knowledge is a must; Other Manufacturing and/or Chemical industries knowledge is a plus; French language capability is a plus but not required.
Travel requirement 60-70%
