Job Description
We have an opening for an Industrial Mechanic
- Conduct incoming tests and record findings
- Dismantle motors, pumps, and gearboxes that are not working properly, using drawings, specifications, maintenance manuals, and diagnostic equipment as needed
- Inspect parts and various components; check tolerances; determine if parts are re-workable and record findings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems; give recommendations for repairs
- Identify necessary parts and services needed for repair, determining the required tools and equipment, and calculating the time required to complete the job
- Assemble units according to manufacturer specifications; test repaired unit
