Job Description
Description We are offering a contract role for a meticulous Business Analyst in Newark, Delaware. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for reviewing, approving, and conducting due diligence on various forms of documentation. This position falls within the telecom industry and requires the individual to be in office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough review and approval of documentation and Due Diligence Forms (DDF) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Carry out research related to documentation, leveraging a variety of sources and tools.
- Interpret and apply regulatory and compliance policies and procedures during the review of documents.
- Ensure the implementation of internal controls and regulatory processes in all tasks.
- Handle quality control of documents and procedures to maintain high standards of work.
- Conduct due diligence on required documents and records to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Use language interpretation skills to understand and apply regulatory and compliance policies.
- Assist in maintaining compliance functions within the organization.
- Address any inquiries or issues related to customer credit records promptly and professionally. Requirements – Proficiency in business analysis and understanding of business processes
- Demonstrated ability in documentation and creating procedures based on research
- Experience with quality control and internal control mechanisms
- Knowledge of compliance functions and their application in business scenarios
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence on business operations
- Strong research skills and ability to review and interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in language interpretation for business communication
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
