We are a 36 bed rehabilitation hospital seeking 2 more RNs to join our PAMily.
Registered Nurse responsibilities:
- Deliver, direct and supervise exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
