About the role
As a CBRE Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for handling all data maintained in CFIMS (Critical Facilities Information Management Systems) and ServiceNow. You are responsible for supervising and implementing all Official Policies concerning Change Requests, Incident Reports, Asset Records, Document Auditing, and Maintenance Compliance. You will collaborate closely with other members of the CPG/ DCS Engineering teams, site leadership, and FHE to ensure accuracy and consistency of data is provided, documentation is being properly accounted for, and all KPIs are being met.
What you’ll do
+ Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processed and capabilities.
+ Develop relationships and collaborate with engineering teams, facility management, project management, CBRE leadership, client leadership, client auditing and governance groups, and system support groups.
+ Serve as a subject matter authority for all topics related to Change Requests, Incident Reports, Document Auditing, Asset Records, and Maintenance Compliance.
+ Hold an active role in each official policy/process communicated by the client.
+ Uphold all client policies concerning the management and approval of records.
+ Handle all written and vocal communications that transpire through phone and email in a timely manner.
+ Drive process and business improvements through the implementation of self and team created documents and practices.
+ Receive and Interpret a “new” ask to help settle how to get the matter resolved.
+ Provide support for teammates when the requirement emerges.
+ Capture information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user happiness.
+ Assist with crafting customized queries and reports applying table metrics.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE value
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive attitude.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Systems Analyst position is $74,000.00 annually [or $35.57 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Business Systems Analyst is $74,000.00 annually [or $35.57 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
