JOB DESCRIPTION
The Risk Information Consultant is responsible for providing multinational claim information to clients, brokers, captives, underwriters, actuaries for the multinational programs underwritten by Chubb business units in the US and outside of the US. The information can be requested ad hoc, or be on a set schedule that the Risk Information Consultant is responsible for. The Risk Information Consultant must understand the information they provide and ensure that the information is provided timely and accurately.
- Provide multinational customer programs with customized loss information services to meet their changing needs. Information will be delivered via reports, data files and/or on-line tools populated per the requirements managed by the Risk Information Consultant.
- Understand business information requirements for a selected portfolio of accounts, and translate into unique data parameters in the claims data querying tools,
- Understand relations between the various systems used to provide loss information and apply expertise within applications to maintain/improve/correct data
- Monitor and maintain quality of loss data exchanges between various systems for a selected portfolio of accounts
- Respond timely and accurately to customers inquiries regarding loss data analysis or trending (tools available, content, and format of data)
- Provide training to internal & external users on Claim Information Systems in use for a particular account or a portfolio of accounts
- Interact with US and foreign Chubb offices and vendors to ensure quality & timeliness of data
- Participate in various projects as assigned
