Job Summary (Primary function) The Coordinated Accounts Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to account-level analytic capabilities, develop an in-depth understanding of health care organizations within the Oncology market, and incorporate relevant market intelligence in support of Incyte's Oncology business unit. This position is part of Business Operations team within the North America Business Unit and reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Analytics. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities) *Support Oncology-focused functional areas (primarily Field Sales activities) and collaborate with other Commercial Operations teams in the enhancement of account-level key performance drivers within the Incyte oral and IV/IJ Oncology portfolio *Working with Commercial Analytics and BIS, this role is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of existing network relationships as well as identification of changes in and/or emergence of new relationships among entities (relating to sales and affiliations) in our SD and SPP distribution network *Develop subject matter expertise in understanding relationships and datasets related to Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty Distributors, GPOs, Bone Marrow Transplant & CAR-T centers, hospitals, HCP affiliations, and other relevant data *Prepare and QC data for consistency and uniformity in support of ad hoc and automated, standardized report development *Synthesize, analyze and aggregate insights from disparate internal and external datasets to develop reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses *Key contributor to ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly Coordinated Account Planning (CAP) metrics to identify and analyze the factors and trends specific to key accounts responsible for driving business performance   Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency) *Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an analytics-related field *Technical proficiency querying, analyzing and reporting on large data sets (SQL, SAS, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables/Macros) and Power Point *Experience with statistical analysis methods using software such as Python, R, SAS, or similar tool is a plus *Ability to learn in a faced-paced and evolving business environment and apply learnings to contribute to enhancement of account-related processes and reporting outputs Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
