Job Description
Lead product delivery processes, manage change activities, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee timelines, and boost efficiency.
As a Product Delivery Manager in the Digital Workflows Platform Product Management and Governance team, you will focus on driving consistent processes across the product line supporting product planning, delivery, and execution concentrating on reporting, cross team collaborations, and value realization. This role will focus on the Digital Workflows ServiceNow platform product strategy helping to drive adoption, expansion, and liaise with groups across the firm interested in exploring the power of the platform.
Job responsibilities
+ Works as part of a team focused on cross product delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
+ Accountable for coordination, management, and delivery of product line monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as participating in regular book of work assessments; schedule management to meet deadlines; performing retrospectives to find improvement opportunities
+ Be accountable for managing intake of large scale engagements following the documented business case process; liaising between the customer, vendor, finance, product teams, architecture, and others to evaluate potential value delivery
+ Effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and customers to provide clear direction, definition of value, and project status
+ Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, and performance optimization
+ Independently motivated, actively seeking out opportunities across the product line ecosystem to drive improvements
+ Able to prioritize time to ensure actions are completed within required deadlines yet willing to raise a hand when help is needed
+ Understands urgency as well as unexpected requirements, adjusting accordingly
+ Organized, well spoken, comfortable working with all levels of management
+ Able to create executive level visuals with powerpoint as well as familiarity with other tools such as Lucid Charts
+ Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
+ Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
+ Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
+ Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
+ Experience in vendor relationships, contract management, and contract worker management
+ Experience with audit and controls as they relate to product delivery
+ JIRA Align portfolio management
