As part of a global Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) team, the PS&R Analyst will provide North America regional support to multiple DuPont Electronics & Industrial (E&I) businesses and customers through implementation of product stewardship processes and product regulatory compliance activities.
Your Key Responsibilities :
+ Performnew raw material and new productregional risk reviews( e.g. , chemical screening for EH&S impacts, regulatory compliance evaluation, stakeholder perception, and PS&R risk management using provided tools).
+ Collaborate with multi-functional and cross-regional stakeholders such as Corporate, leveraged PS&R andmultiple business functional partners ( e.g. , Product Managers, R&D, EH&S, Integrated Operations)to support business growth initiatives with effective product stewardship risk management including but not limited to the following:
+ Facilitating new chemical regulatory registrations
+ Supporting chemical regulatory advocacy efforts
+ Engaging suppliers to procureregulatory compliance documentation
+ Providing regulatory compliance checks for R&D samples
+ Screening for substances of concern.
+ Implement PS&R Management System practices and policy.
+ Assist in periodic Product Stewardship Risk Reviews of groups of products.
+ Monitor and analyze regional chemical regulatory trends for impact to select E&I businesses.
+ Help deploy appropriate PS&R training to key business stakeholders ( e.g. , R&D, commercial).
+ Provide raw material and product compositional data analysisand summary.
+ Partner with customers by responding to regional PS&R-related inquiries while protecting trade secrets.
+ Identify and support implementation of continuous improvement opportunities for PS&R work processes.
+ Report time spent monthly toward a few, high-level work categories.
+ Support annual audit of PS&R Management System.
Your Qualification Profile:
+ BA or BS degree in Science ( e.g. , Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology), Engineering or a related field
+ 3 years in a PS&R or technical role
+ Computer proficiency including Microsoft® Office applications and ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in spreadsheets and SharePoint platforms
+ SAP®experienceis preferable.
+ Experience with E&I businesses and processes is preferable.
+ Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
+ Awareness of NA regional chemical control law compliance requirements and processes
+ Ability to analyze Safety Data Sheets and multiple, chemical toxicology sources to communicate EH&S hazardsduring risk reviews
+ Demonstrated proficiency in operational discipline with multiple digital processes (prompt, accurate, thorough)
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively manage a large quantity of ambiguous, complex work using a risk-based approach
+ Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage through influence in diverse, multi-functional and cross-regional teams and networks
+ Demonstrated ability to identify and drive continuous improvement efforts
+ Commercial astuteness with the proven ability to appreciate the business and technical requirements required for success
+ Demonstrated excellence inverbal and written communication / virtual and in-person presentation skills; clear, concise, and tailored to audience
