Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide the leadership necessary to organize the market logistics and aggressively develop a product-driven organization
+ Ensure that the market is the most efficient, quality-oriented, highest value provider of like services in the market (CIT, ATM, Coin, Currency, Check, CompuSafe) by establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
+ Identify new opportunities for Brink’s products to be introduced within the appropriate markets; understand competitive circumstances to include their identity, operational characteristics, market pricing and market impact
+ Proactively reduce risk exposure and ensure implementation of measures to reduce worker’s compensation injury costs and security losses within the market
+ Support, coach and provide leadership to Branch Managers, Managers, Cash Logistics and Managers, Route Logistics in all areas of operations, risk, quality and human resources management
+ Provide counsel to market management team & interface between market management & headquarters staff to ensure maximum efficiency in execution of work and communication on regional issues involving headquarters initiatives (IT, Legal, HR, Finance, etc)
+ Provide direction to the City Managers, Managers, Cash Logistics and Managers, Route Logistics in achieving long-term and short-term business objectives and financial results
+ Establish and maintain accountability on all levels of the market; maintain positive Employee Relations and work environment
+ Ability to travel within a defined area 40-70% of the time
