Job Description
As a Customer Data Platform Analyst you will be a subject matter expert of the channel execution team, you’ll focus on leveraging CDP (Customer Data Platform) capabilities and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance channel execution and audience engagement. You will help build and test channel audience, ensuring seamless operation in our CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.
Job Responsibilities
+ Actively participate in the hands-on process of building, testing, and deploying channel audience ensuring smooth and effective channel execution
+ Design and implement effective customer segments or audience within the Segment or CDP (Customer Data Platform), considering business objectives and marketing goals.
+ Continuously refine and optimize the functionality of the Segment or CDP (Customer Data Platform) to enhance its performance and efficiency.
+ Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data engineering, to align data strategies with overall business objectives.
+ Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data quality, segmentation, and CDP functionality to maintain a reliable data infrastructure.
+ Develop comprehensive technical/functional documentation and establish best practices documentation and user guides.
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities :
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science)
+ Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Segment or CDP platforms.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R etc.)
+ Solid understanding of data structures and adept query construction skills
+ Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
