Overview
Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The TA Instruments R&D team is looking to hire a summer intern out of our New Castle, Delaware office. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commense in the spring/summer of 2024.

Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to
Develop and prototype solutions leveraging our instrument data
Contribute and expand on existing libraries
Communicate and provide show and tells to the development team on progress and learnings
Partner with other interns and developers on Proof-of-Concept projects
Document progress and approaches for future learnings

Qualifications specific to this role:
Pursing masters degree in data science
Knowledge of Python based data science libraries (Numpy, Pandas etc.)
General knowledge on Machine Learning and Large Language Models
Familiarity with Git and Data Science Notebook (Jupyter, Colab, Deepnote etc.)
