Job Description
The purpose of this position is to service, investigate, evaluate, administer and monitor portfolio performance relating to plastic cards.
Requirements
Instant Issue
Distribute Instant Issue stock to Branch locations, track usage and maintain Central Vault inventory stock levels.
Order supplies for instant issue machines for the various Branch locations when requested.
Corporate Cards
Corporate card issuance, tracking and process approved credit line increases as needed.
Aid Corporate cardholders with general questions as needed.
Card Servicing/Portfolio Management
Maintain detailed working knowledge of all internal and 3rd party systems involved in supporting credit and debit cards.
Serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving card related issues such as but not limited to card production, card processing or card authorization issues.
Provide reporting to Cards and Fraud Manager monthly relating to portfolio performance and KPI metrics. Analyze the performance data to identify concerning trends and provide findings.
Work with the Fiserv Risk Analyst to determine action to be taken for setting fraud rules based on trending fraud patterns.
Process daily card returns and complete destruction.
Process Travel and Enfact exemptions as requested.
·Review and monitor daily card fraud alerts in Verafin and take necessary actions to contact the member to confirm activity.
Review and follow-up on Fiserv fraud card cases in Client Central where no member response has been received.
Process daily Mastercard settlement.
Provide backup assistance to the Cards and Fraud Manager for Mastercard quarterly reporting, yearly CUNA reporting and weekly invoice processing in their absence.
Aid the Card Dispute Specialist during high volume periods as needed.
Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested.
