Job Description
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
Job Description:
Individual should be certified and if not a certified peer, will be within 6 months of being offered the position.
Ability to supervise at least 4 staff members and conduct weekly supervision.
Ability to travel between counties and support when staff is out. Create schedule for staff to follow weekly.
Providing immediate assistance and guide individuals entering recovery and mental health treatment.
Providing direct peer support services and emotional support.
Engage in direct and indirect work that supports the clients' needs.
Also provide supportive resources to clients and/or families on a selective basis.
Complete daily paperwork required.
Work within the community to engage individuals within unhoused living situations and tent cities.
Assist with transportation and referrals to higher level of care.
