You will be joining the Supply Chain Planning and Procurement team within our Breast & Skeletal Health division (BSH). The team is based throughout the Newark DE, Danbury CT, and Marlborough MA sites, and owns the Supply Planning of finished goods and Procurement of materials for BSH manufacturing as well as the Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning/S&OP (IBP) process for BSH and Gynecological Surgical Solutions (GSS)
Throughout the 10-12 weeks you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the following:
+ The transformation of or Safety Stock analysis process out of Excel and into our forecasting system
+ Researching and helping to improve the drop ship process
We’re looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:
+ Able to work full-time over the summer months (May-August)
+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship
+ Majoring in Supply Chain preferred
+ Rising Junior
+ Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience or exposure to working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to work onsite at our Newark, DE campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided
The hourly pay range for this role is $19 – $23 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
