Job Description
Sr. Software Development Engineer (6 Openings): Responsible for the complete IT project life cycle development including design, implementation & product deployment. Consult with engineering staff to analyze & evaluate interface between hardware, software, operational & performance requirements. Formulate & design software application using scientific analysis & mathematical models to predict feasibility of design. Provide technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives. Create and develop test plans. Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization. Work with stakeholders to ensure objectives and direction of project are both followed as agreed and achieved. Experience must include utilizing: Java, Javascript, .NET, VBA Scripting, Cognos BI, HP QC, Informatica, MS Windows, UNIX, Linux, Ab-initio, Oracle SQL, Tivoli Scheduler, One Note, SharePoint. Provide supervision and guidance to 3 Computer Programmers.
