Role Responsibilities: *Create, update, and manage tickets in the Customer tool following appropriate proceduraldocumentation. *Diagnose and resolve Incidents and Problems associated with EUC Equipment and EUC Software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users. Supplier is ultimately responsible for resolving all Incidents and Problems associated with failure or degradation of Services related to EUC Equipment and EUC Software. *Identify the scope and impact of an assigned Incident or a Problem and provide operational and technical assistance to remedy the Incident or Problem. *Provide or coordinate onsite technical support to Authorized Users for maintenance and break/fix activities. *Provide updates to Incident and Problem tickets in the call management system to reflect actions taken to resolve and Incident or Problems. *Perform proactive and reactive monitoring and troubleshooting to effectively identify potential Incidents or Problems and attempt to eliminate them before they impact Authorized Users. Required Qualifications: *Desk Side support / Field Service Experience *Software and Hardware Troubleshooting *Windows and MAC OS skills *Print Management *Walk up Service Desk Experience at Client sites with excellent Customer facing skills *Healthcare experience is a plus Mandatory Skills (Top 5 Keywords or skills) Years of Experience Medium Expert Desktop support 5yrs Expert ServiceNow 2Yrs Medium Active Directory/ Symantec VIP pulse VPN and NW 3Yrs Expert MS office Suite 2Yrs Medium Hardware and Software Troubleshooting 5 Yrs Expert Print Management 3 Yrs Medium Walk up Service Desk Experience 3 Yrs Expert Customer Facing skills 8yrs Expert This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
