We have teamed up with an international seafood company that continues to carry out sustainable practices while providing high-quality processed seafood products. We are hiring an entry-level Production Line Worker in Milford, DE. Join a team of people who are committed to seeing you thrive where you can dive into a new career and learn valuable skills!
Pay: $13.25 per hour
1st Shift Hours: We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding scheduled hours, for they can vary based on client needs, and be available to work overtime as needed (including weekends). Shift times will start between 5 am and 6 am and could last as long as 13 hours or until all work is completed for the day.

Production Line Worker responsibilities within this fast-paced environment include accurately inspecting pre-shucked or mechanically shucked clams on a production line for defects and foreign materials. You will efficiently perform housekeeping tasks such as floor washdowns, product shoveling, and salt tank refills. You will weigh and load products for storage or shipment, and perform inventory counts as needed.
Requirements:
Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
Must wear PPE throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
