What Our Dietary Aide’s Do:
Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc.
Set up steam table, serve food in dining as instructed.
Assist in checking diet trays before for errors regarding diet and allergy.
Deliver and collect foot carts, and trays to and from designated areas.
Perform dishwashing/ cleaning procedures.
Provide assistance to cook and other dietary personnel and service of meals.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of food handling, prep and service
Knowledge of local and state health codes a plus
Basic understanding of kitchen cookware and appliances
