Job Description
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance. • Interact in a cooperative and professional manner with other team members, supervisors, customers, and vendors even in difficult situations. • Utilize open, two-way adult-to-adult communication. • Support achievement of company business plans, strategies, and objectives by coordinating the use of shared resources with other departments and locations. • Ensure tasks and documentation are completed neatly, completely, accurately, and timely. • Be cooperative, flexible, and open to change to ensure a “win/win” outcome. • Promote exceptional Customer Service by building and maintaining effective communication with carriers, vendors, and internal and external customers. • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and ensure product quality and services are never compromised. • Provide the safest workplace possible; where individuals feel a personal responsibility for maintenance needs and unsafe practices. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and maintain a neat and clean work environment free of hazards. • Properly, efficiently, and accurately set up, start, and operate equipment. • Understand sales orders and customer requirements to ensure delivery of quality products. • Be capable of meeting production demands with resourceful use of raw materials. • Promptly report equipment malfunction and necessary repairs to supervisor. • Maintain all safety, housekeeping and other applicable standards. • Maintain required productivity level at 100% standard.
