Job Description

30 TEMPORARY Fulltime positions 02/01/2024 to 11/30/2024 - Lay sod, mow, trim, plant, water, edge, rake, blow leaves, mulch, weed, prune, fertilize, dig, haul topsoil. Use blower, mower, line trimmer, rototiller, shovel, rake, hoe, wheelbarrow. Some high school or less required.  No experience necessary. Will train. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. 7a – 3:30p M-F. Sat work required when necessary. 40 hrs/wk plus 10 hrs overtime in normal week. Will offer wage of $18.71/hr + OT at $28.07/hr. Er provides without charge all tools and equipment. On job training provided. Single workweek used for wages. Payday every 2 weeks. Payroll deductions as required by law. Reimbursement for all visa and border crossing expenses within first week of work. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. Er guaranties work for at least 3/4 of work days in each 12 week period.
