Staffmark needs a temp-to-hire position for a Collections Representative filled in Newark, DE. Start a new and exciting career today! The work schedule will vary and will include working day shift and the availability to work two days on nights with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Our client has over 30 years of experience assisting creditors with recovering value from accounts receivable and needs someone who radiates positivity, a willingness to learn new things, and strives to take ownership of responsibilities.

Job tasks include working the assigned number of accounts per hour, helping set up suitable payment arrangements, following up on accounts, keeping accurate records, and abiding by company procedures. The ideal candidate would have experience in agency or bank recovery, telemarketing/customer service skills, knowledge of the FDCPA and credit bureau reports, be good with technology, and have a strong attention to detail. Qualified candidates will have two years of customer service experience.
