Well-respected manufacturer located in Northern Delaware is looking to staff a thorough Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience. In this Bookkeeper role, you will assist with accounts receivable/payable, administrative tasks, maintain inventory of office supplies, process client invoices, and perform bank account reconciliation. The ideal individual will keep the company aligned with compliance by following general accounting policies and procedures.
Major Responsibilities
· Enter and process accounts payable/receivable
· Maintain general ledger
· Prepare bank reconciliations
· Maintain internal file/record keeping system
· Post journal entries
· Spreadsheet Maintenance
· Prepare financial reports
RequirementsThe ideal Bookkeeper will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Bookkeeper role include and are not limited to:
· 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
· QuickBooks a MUST
· Proficient Microsoft Office skills, Advanced Excel
· Salesforce experience a plus
