Job Description
ChristianaCare's partner, GoHealth Urgent Care, is actively seeking a Part-time Behavioral Health Therapist for their Newark practice.
How YOU make an Impact
This position will provide office based clinical assessment and mental health therapy services for a diverse caseload of patients. This is a 100% remote position.
Work Schedule
The Behavioral Health Therapist will be required to do 2 weekdays every week and 1 weekend day twice a month. We are open to flexibility regarding hours of operation.
Weekdays (Twice a week) : 12pm - 8pm
Weekends (Twice a month): 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
Conducts individual psychotherapy with assigned patients and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Conducts psychosocial evaluations to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
Develops coordinated treatment plan in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
Reports and updates pertinent patient information to physician and treatment team in a timely manner.
Tracks referrals of patients requesting services.
Completes clinical documentation in a concise, accurate, and timely manner with proper use of technology.
Participates in all assigned programs and attends all continuing education opportunities to meet job requirements and maintain current knowledge of the practice of psychotherapy and social work.
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) required
