Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work We are currently hiring for a 36 hours per week - RN to support the Midnight/Day shift working on our Medical ICU unit in our Christiana hospital.
Shift Requirements: Typical shift will be during the hours of Midnight & Day shifts. Shift length will be a combination 12 hour and 8 hour shifts. Weekends, Holidays and On Call shifts - per the department guidelines.
Commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Qualified applicants will have at least two years' Acute care experience. Stepdown or Critical Care experience preferred.
ACLS preferred - must get within 3 months.
The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
