Join National Dentex – a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 60+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Dodd Dental Lab in New Castle, DE for a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions of the Position:
+ Case entry based on Doctor’s prescription and accompanying notes; places entered pans in correct locations.
+ Verifies the correct content of outgoing pans by accurately reviewing the prescription (Rx), work tickets and other applicable notes.
+ Invoices cases. Properly wraps outgoing product and material per procedure. All questionable cases are brought directly to appropriate technician for review.
+ Responsible for steaming and etching as well as ensuring pans on quality control shelves are placed in their proper area.
+ Answers the telephone and provides customer service when needed.
+ All other duties as assigned

+ Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

+ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
+ Must have basic computer skills.
+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Clean driving record (preferred).
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
+ Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
+ Computer/Office equipment
+ Disinfectant process chemicals
Physical Requirements:
+ Regularly required to sit, stand, walk and/or reach
+ Push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
