Manufacturing Supervisor

Your Role as the Manufacturing Supervisor
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee all production. Responsibilities include:
Establish production schedules and priorities
Ensure proper production and quality checks of completed products
Assist in troubleshooting issues within the production floor.
Lead, train and coach production team members
Identify continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise team to include assigning work, approving time and attendance, and performance management
Mitigate material shortages
Background Profile
Expertise in manufacturing or production supervision
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
Experience in an electro-mechanical environment
Experience with ERP/ MRP systems
Demonstrated leadership ability
