The Consumer Experience Lead – Interactive Strategy and Design ensures optimized interaction between our company and our customers throughout their journey. This interactive designer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

This is a remote role that is a part of the Pharmacy Service Experience Team. This team is focused on delivering exceptional compassion, unmatched reliability, and revolutionary convenience to our customers. To support this we deliver insights, action, and deliverables using a customer centered approach that is dedicated to:

+ Anticipating customer needs and Humana’s competitive opportunities.

+ Leading with digital-first mindset to remove customer friction and improve the overall experience. Helping partners make digital-first shift and simplifying the digital experience for greater adoption.

+ Helping to prioritize, connect, and accelerate delivery to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have hybrid interest, knowledge, and skillsets in research, strategy, and interactive design. This person must be passionate about solving problems, with expertise in understanding users’ underlying needs and how to go about addressing them.

Interactive Designer should have knowledge in the following Design Programs:

+ Sketch

+ Figma and Adobe XD are other equivalents

+ Axure

+ Proto.io and/or Invision

+ Adobe creative suite

+ Illustrator and Photoshop

+ UX Pin / Sketch Cloud / Sympli

Responsibilities:

+ Expert interactive designer in building and showcasing experience through design and prototyping

+ Build, maintain, and iterate front stage and backstage service blueprints to help provide a continuous view of the experience, gaps, and opportunities

+ Build deep empathy and understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations through journey mapping use cases

+ Build experiences by connecting set strategic themes and capabilities through design

+ Provide an outside in perspective – research, synthesize, and connect ongoing trends, competitive insights, and experience opportunities – ability to translate output

+ Establish best in class design thinking and practice

+ Expert at storytelling and building executive level presentations

+ Ability to collaborate, problem solve, and lead through influence

Required Qualifications:

+ 5 or more years of consumer experience

+ Deep understanding of developing experiences through design and connecting to the broader end-to-end customer experience

+ Strategic thinking capabilities; organized and detail-oriented

+ Must be comfortable building executive level powerpoint presentations, planning in MURAL, and discovering new ways of sharing updates and storytelling (ie. video)

+ Intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and a comfort with ambiguity

+ Strong, demonstrated skills developing insights from analysis, and action from insights

+ Strong, demonstrated strategic, analytical thinking, and consulting skills

+ Demonstrated understanding of business and digital strategy

+ Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

+ Location: Remote, minimal travel required for occasional business meetings

+ Must be willing to work in EST

+ Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
