Quality Management Program Lead Responsibilities:

+ Establishing and maintaining a systematic process to ensure the quality of products and services throughout the program.

+ Reviewing and auditing program activities and work products for compliance with acceptance criteria including but not limited to documented processes/ procedures/guidelines, and program standards and procedures.

+ Issuing CAPAs when there is a major non-compliance with quality or program policies, or should the program fail to meet performance standards.

+ Participating in root cause analysis and tracking of actions through resolution.

+ Recommending process improvements to the PIVOT-I Team based on best practices identified within and/or outside GDIT.

+ Assisting the PIVOT-I team in resolving quality-issued action items.

+ Ensuring implementation of the appropriate peer review process. Providing OA review and certification for release of contractual deliverables based on contract requirements.

+ Reporting on QA/QC activities and program compliance to the program senior management.

+ Participating in lifecycle activities such as internal Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Milestone Reviews.

+ Coordinating with the PIVOT-I Team to determine, document, and track program- specific performance metrics and verifying that these metrics are being met.

+ Supporting activities prescribed in the Program Measurement Plan. Configuration Management Plan, and Risk Management Plan. Supporting program tailoring activities.

Required Qualifications:

+ Configuration Management Plan, and Risk Management Plan

+ Experience with CMMI for Services framework

+ Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Products

+ Prior experience with SOP repositories

+ Knowledge of SharePoint

+ Strong Interpersonal Skills

+ Solid communication skills – verbal and written

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to multitask in a stressful environment

+ Willing to work Part-Time and Remotely – 20 hours

Desired Qualifications:

+ Six Sigma Green Belt

+ Solid communication skills in a high visibility environment

+ Prior experience with SOP repositories

Minimum Education Requirements:

+ BA/BS degree or 7 years of experience in lieu of degree

ITIL Foundation Certification or experience working in an IT Systems Management environment preferred (required to have ITIL Certification within 3 months if hired)

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
