A Day in the Life: Analyst II, Product
Trinity is growing and looking to add an Analyst II, Product to our technology team! The Analyst II, Product will gather feedback from multiple sources throughout the company and then create product roadmaps, epics, and stories that capture the customer, partner, and team member needs as well as support the future growth of the company. Coming to the table with- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role along with a knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and other project delivery methodologies will be necessary for success in this role. This role calls for an understanding of various technology solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs) as well as Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Job Requirements: Is This You?
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and other project delivery methodologies.
Product Management, Pragmatic Marketing, and/or Agile certifications preferred.
Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team and demonstrate a strong team commitment.
Ability to lead and champion change.
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of various technology systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs), custom solutions technologies, packaged based applications, etc.
Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics solutions.
Proficient organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage a portfolio of projects.
Self-motivated leader with the ability to take the initiative.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Atlassian suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
Participates in training, continuing education, or continuous improvement.
The technology team is fully remote. However, some travel is anticipated.
