Join a high performing team and help us relentlessly improve our agility practices! We are looking for a person with deep coaching experience, who can help us coach good agility practices, and find opportunities to scale learning through our portfolio.
You should be inspired by the following qualities:
+ Autonomy to build a strategy from scratch, and support a ‘test & learn’ environment
+ Highly organized, and able to simplify and distill important information to a large group of stakeholders
+ Learn more about our ‘agile ways of working’ and enable our product organization to maximize our effectiveness at delivering large scale solutions.
+ Host retrospectives and collect feedback to help drive identification of Organizational constraints.
+ Grow into the resident expert on agile ways of working and driving products to a capability first approach centered on value creation for our customers.
+ Contribute to building a high-performing culture, and joining a team with high expectations, with quality teammates.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years’ experience facilitating events
+ 10+ years’ experience coaching agility
+ 10+ years’ experience scrum
+ 10+ years’ using agility tools and driving outcomes
+ Deep experience with Agile and knowledge of Jira and Jira Align
+ Wilmington DE, Columbus OH, Tampa FL, Plano, TX
+ Hybrid Office schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
