Job Description

Answering incoming calls, answering questions, directing calls to the correct departments. This is a call center handling Dept. of Motor Vehicle and EZPass accounts. Hours can be during the day for the most part. Wednesday evening hours are till 8pm. Some half days on rotating Saturdays. Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience in any type of industry.
