Role Value Proposition:
Elicit, document and manage functional requirements. Act as a primary liaison between business users and the system development/quality assurance project team. Manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope.
+ Perform requirement gathering and identify, track, escalate, and resolve business systems issues
+ Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modeling technique to elicit requirements
+ Develop detailed test cases, execute them, and share results with business and tech managers for approval
+ Work jointly with developers to solution and provide cost and time estimates on fixes and enhancements
+ Develops system related procedures/manuals, and provides system training
+ Performs longer term analysis and design of systems and hardware to maintain the production environments
+ Work with end users to determine business need/requirements for new/enhanced systems or applications
+ During planning, facilitate story estimation sessions with the developers and prioritize stories with key stakeholders
+ Throughout the execution of project, meet with development team members to answer questions, clarify requirements, and review/verify the implemented solution
+ Conduct formal reviews or showcase the new functionality to key stakeholders and obtain sign-off
+ Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
+ Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
+ Assess business process and system inefficiencies
+ Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
+ Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
+ Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
+ Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Proficient knowledge of application systems. Proficient problem solving. Basic relationship management. Proficient analytical thinking. Proficient application design/architecture. Proficient it project management.
Experience and Education: 5-7 years, BA/BS in Comp Science/IS.
Hybrid role commutable to the above listed office location
