Staffmark is currently hiring for Account Receivable - 2day a week with our premier client located in Milford DE! No experience required, but a great attitude is a must! Temp to Hire with career & financial growth in your near future!
Starting Pay Rate: 16.00
Fantastic Schedule: 2X day (one day must be Thursday, but flexible for the other)
There are only a few things we need from you!
Requirements of an Account Receivable - 2day a week
Collecting rent check at the office
Invoicing the tenants
Other accounting functions specific to the office
What are you doing everyday as an Account Receivable - 2day a week
Prepares, posting verifies and records customer payment and transactions related to account receivable
Create invoices according to company practices, submits invoice to customers.
Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as required.
Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
