The Program Coordinator supports two structured development programs with goals of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; within CCB the Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) and the Chase Associate Program (CAP).
CLDP and CAP are national entry-level rotational programs where Analysts and Associates perform 3 eight-month cross-LOB rotations within core disciplines to ensure the appropriate experience and skill development to achieve the program’s objective of creating future general managers and leaders. In addition to their experiences within each rotation, Analysts and Associates are engaged in a robust training and development curriculum that enhances their LOB and functional knowledge and leadership skills. Participants receive comprehensive feedback and coaching to position them for future roles within CCB upon program completion.
Analyst and Associates in each program receive soft-skill and technical skill training throughout their individual program and networking opportunities with senior leaders. Analyst and Associates from each program are developed to become effective leaders following program completion.
Chase Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) business is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator with strong project management background to support all program management logistics and strategic initiatives for our three development programs.
+ Assist Program Management team with scheduling Full Time New Hire Orientation including travel logistics, senior manager schedule coordination, catering, group events, etc.
+ Assist Program Management team with coordination of all aspects of Leadership Training events for program incumbents including systems training, Leadership Weeks, (development experiences hosted by class) and other ongoing trainings
+ Oversee and administer performance management process for program incumbents
+ Oversee and administer all rotation logistics and communications (e.g. speed networking, rotation matches etc.)
+ Create Executive summaries and ad hoc reports on key program processes
+ Maintain up-to-date program incumbent class data information
+ Assist Program Management team with the final placement process (e.g. resume bundles)
+ Design and manage program employee experience/engagement surveys
+ Expense management and budget tracking
+ Assist Program Management team with other development related projects
+ Maintain all program metrics and data and be able to report on data to Senior Leadership
+ A minimum of 2 years’ experience in campus recruiting, marketing, program management, project management, analytics experience, or other related experience
+ Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
+ A can-do attitude with a view towards continuous process improvement
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Demonstrates in each interaction from candidate to executive creation and sustention of exceptional customer/client experiences
+ Experience working with senior management through verbal and written communications as well as working at the tactical project team level; i.e. ability to navigate JPMC to assist program participants in finding answers to problems, etc.
+ Experience in creating scope, budget, schedule, and project plans required
+ Ability to self-start, be proactive, find solutions, and deliver results within strict deadlines
+ Ownership of issues management, including proposal and implementation of solutions to proactively avoid project delays
+ Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressured environment
+ Strong skills in written and verbal communications at the analyst through executive level
+ Strong relationship management skills and ability to work cross-functionally / cross-organizationally
+ Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PitchPro, Outlook are a must
