Principal HR Associate - Leave Operations
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced people leader who will play an integral role in building and improving the operations of our leave and disability programs and vendor management. We are seeking someone that excels in a team environment to be part of a team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that provide great experiences for our associates. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adapt to change quickly and have the ability to influence up while driving continuous process improvements.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and collaborate with internal and external partners
Ability to interpret data and influence stakeholders and leaders
Lead, coach and manage a high performing team responsible for supplier performance and overall leave and disability operational performance
Lead projects aimed at increasing efficiency and quality at the supplier level
Strong problem solving skills and experience with research and reporting techniques
Strong training and presentation skills
Works well in gray space and has ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the experience and compliance adherence utilizing agile methodology to include procedure and process flow diagrams
Seen as subject matter expert and serves as an escalation point for complaints and supplier issues; identifying trends
Manage multiple concurrent projects that require cross-functional stakeholders engagements autonomously
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in People Leadership
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or 1 year of experience in Vendor Management experience or a combination
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certification
At least 3 years of experience in People Leadership
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Vendor Management or a combination
