How you’ll leave your mark
As our Lean Expert,you will be a role model for implementing the lean methods and workstreams across our sites in NA. With your lean thinking, you will sustainably guide our sites to become more cost-effective and drive inventory reduction.
What your work will taste like – You will …
+ perform lean diagnostics and ultimately drive standardization and simplification initiatives at all site levels
+ evaluate and optimize current performances and processes
+ work together closely with our cross-functional team and train and coach them as well as other colleagues in lean methodologies
How you’ll spice up our results – You …
+ have expertise in chemical engineering (or STEM equivalent)
+ have at least 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing technology
+ have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
+ have a proven track record in efficiently implementing operational excellence initiatives and business improvement processes
+ are passionate about communication and driving change
+ easily master managing, coaching, and mentoring colleagues in your field of expertise
