Corporate Sector - Product Associate, Headcount and Expense

Job Description

This is a role that requires high collaboration with internal stakeholders and other corporate teams. Being successful in this role will require strong technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies, knowledge and experience with agile product development, strong communication skills, and a highly collaborative personality.

Key responsibilities of the role

+ Partner with a central team of product resources to drive the agenda forward

+ Collaborate with senior finance and business leaders to drive adoption and standardization of headcount & expense tooling, methodologies, and analytics

+ Support the development of firmwide headcount and expense planning methodologies including calculation logic, design and operating model

+ Define objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success / failure across product agenda

+ Create and cultivate a product backlog; prioritize and oversee product delivery, end-to-end.

+ Partner with the Product Lead to drive strategy and progress of product roadmap across the organization and influence stakeholders to align with objectives

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors;

+ 5 years of core finance and/or product management experience in a complex financial organization; Business Management or Planning & Analysis experience a plus

+ Strong analytical and presentation skills (verbal and written)

+ Proven ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills

+ Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects and initiatives at same time

+ Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to execute on large-scale initiatives

+ Experience with agile product planning, issue resolution and negotiation
