Capital One's Associate Experience team is looking for a Culture & Experience Lead to help develop Card Tech's internal culture and community. As part of the Associate Experience team, you'll empower and inspire associates throughout the organization with the creation of thoughtful communications, engagement strategies, and hybrid events to build a thriving Tech team.Card Tech's Associate Experience team is looking for a candidate with process management skills, who can identify areas of opportunity for our organization and turn those ideas into reality to enhance the associate experience. The ideal candidate will be the beacon of how our culture and values manifest in actions and attitude, and have a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while working closely with partners and leaders in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box, practice big picture thinking, and help us keep things fun and fresh.

You have a passion for planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events
Responsibilities:

Owning communication channels, including Slack and email, to inspire, include and engage employees

Managing existing internal Confluence content and resources libraries, and uncovering new ways to help set context for employees at all points of their employment lifecycle

Creating and owning the top of house onboarding experience, and partnering with the Chief of Staff team to develop localized programming

Designing and developing appropriate in-person and virtual events and workshops that creatively and authentically celebrate our accomplishments, and reinforce our unique values and culture in a hybrid environment
