As a member of the Global Product Strategy Team, the candidate for this position will play a pivotal role leading commercial activities in a near term global launch in GVHD and providing product strategy for pipeline assets in hematology/oncology. This candidate will work collaboratively with global stakeholders including Pricing & Reimbursement, Market Analytics, Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, and Regional affiliates to develop and implement global brand strategies. The position will report to the Global Marketing Leader.
Lead cross functional commercial team to develop and implement key brand launch readiness initiatives including global unbranded and branded strategy, global differentiation and competitive strategy, core brand positioning and messaging, global campaign development, promotional tools and tactics, presence at international meetings, and other key commercial activities
Lead global commercialization team and provide leadership to establish product strategy
Develop commercial formulation & packaging strategy
Participate in LCM planning and management activities
Support the develop in collaboration with global pricing & reimbursement of pricing strategy and market reimbursement and access initiatives
Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge, becoming the commercial expert for assigned disease area
Manage competitive intelligence initiatives
Manage market opportunity assessments and global forecasts
Develop relationships with key external experts
Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization
Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced business degree strongly preferred
8-10+ years commercial brand leadership or global product launch experience
Extensive hematology and/or oncology knowledge
Experience working in both global and regional/affiliate roles;
Significant familiarity with drug development process
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact with senior leadership
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth
Superior communication skills and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information
Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and lead change, gain commitment to action
