eCommerce Marketplace Associate
As an eCommerce Marketplace Associate, you will support the digital business' day-to-day performance and merchandising across 3P (third-party) marketplaces and eCommerce websites.
You will assist the Digital Merchandising Coordinator in maintaining and analyzing our online brand, products, and category pages across selling platforms (including 3P & eCom) and ensure optimal presentation and continuity of the product catalog.
What You'll Do:
Monitor 3P Marketplace account health metrics and proactively work with team to resolve issues.
Support Digital Merchandising Coordinator with the creation and management of product data and promotions on marketplaces and eCommerce sites.
Communicate and drive case management with marketplaces about product listing errors, out of stock issues and any pricing discrepancies.
Work with Digital Merchandising Coordinator to update product listings, A+ content and storefront as necessary.
Monitor inventory availability, product attributes/fitments, product flows and other key metrics.
Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline; Bachelor's preferred
1-2 years' experience managing/merchandising 3P marketplace accounts.
Understanding of eCommerce platforms, (Magento experience a HUGE plus)
Understanding and passion for websites, UI, UX and Visual Site Merchandising
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel.
