Senior Associate, Learning Management System Technologist

Our Enterprise Learning team seeks to leverage varying technology and automation tools to enhance functionality within our Learning Management System (LMS) and other Enterprise-wide Learning Software. In this role you'll leverage a combination of Python and low-code tools to enable learning associates to automate repetitive tasks so they can focus on higher-value work.
What You'll Do:
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies and participating in internal & external technology communities
Collaborate across Learning teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support process automation solutions
Collaborate with product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive intuitive, compelling associate experiences that leverage automation
Execute Proof of Concepts around new technologies
Test new and under-utilized functionality within Enterprise Learning software and make recommendations on usage
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience with an LMS
At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience with AWS or GCP or Microsoft Azure or a combination of all
At least 1 year of experience in open source frameworks
