Job Description:

Reevaluate and streamline the reporting / analytics for the business. Creating of scorecards, metrics, volume and capacity reporting required to maintain daily operations, FLU SLAs, and staffing levels of the Legal Order & Case Resolution Operations business. Acts as liaison between LOCRO leadership and SPARC reporting business partners. Engages various lines of business and other support partners in fact-finding, data review and retrieval, obtaining and verifying management decisions and approvals for changes in metric output. Conduct research, analysis, and identify trends in metrics and data that may drive litigation volume. Review and interpret system changes and projects to understand the scope of the change and how employee scorecards and daily metrics will be impacted. Handling and managing various special projects. Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research.

Required Skills:

+ Should have in-depth understanding of the business unit’s operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work.

+ Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills; understands audience and communicates at an appropriate level of detail

+ Advanced proficiency in reporting

+ Strong drive for results; persists despite obstacles. Conveys a sense of urgency to achieve goals and exceed expectations

+ Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple demands to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity

+ High proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Access,and PowerPoint

+ Analytical; ability to focus on details, identify issues, and recommend solutions

+ Ability to turn data into useful information

+ Ability to work independently while functioning collaboratively as part of a larger team

+ Ability and comfort interfacing with Senior Executives

Desired Skills:

+ Familiarity with Enterprise systems required to pull data required for data retrieval and analysis.

+ Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
